Sales And Inventory Management System - A Case Study Of Kinapharma Limited

Abstract

Purpose- A computerised system is a good option for business running or dealing with many different types of stock. The main purpose for this project is to provide a good inventory and sales management system to help facilitate and improve upon sales, stock and provide management right information for decision making.

Design/method/approach- Observation and interviews were the basic method of data collection used for the project. The system development life cycle was also used to carry an in-depth study of the present system and bringing the idea of how the new system would be developed.

Findings- The new system developed was able to help management, by providing them with a detailed report on sales, stock, prepaid and credit customers as well as detecting expired drugs.

Practical Implications- Organisations must pursue a proper management system to improve the efficiency and profitability of its company by reducing the like hood of errors, risk of data, and to have a good competitive advantage.

Originality/value- This project examines how a good management processing system should be use in managing stocks and sales in the organisation.
